Enclosed is a complaint against the operation of your station on November 21, 2004, on 14.269 MHz. Also enclosed is a digital recording of the communications referenced in the complaint. The complaint alleges deliberate interference to ongoing communications, that you claimed to be operating a net, and that you used a false call sign "VE7KFM." Also on the recording a voice that appears to be yours states, "See how big my signal is? I will head hunt you the rest of the weekend." A preliminary analysis of the recording, in comparison with known recordings of your station, indicates that it is your voice on the recording…. Accordingly, you are requested to address the allegations, with a written and notarized statement, within 20 days of receipt of this letter. Enclosures: 2 pages, CD
