• We have had trouble with ND8V … jamming … and causing deliberate interference. During our net [ND8V now KZ8O] keys over stations checking in, he starts out saying that our signals are wide, he then goes one kc above and begins calling CQ and continues to initiate calls to other stations who never come back to him. He has stated that he will shut us down. Any attempt to reason with him has been unsuccessful.
